active driver assist
It regulates the speed taking into account the road context, maintains the safety distances and ensures the centering in the lane. When traffic slows down, the vehicle stops and starts again automatically.
adaptative cruise control
It helps you maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front as you drive. The system applies the brakes when the distance is too short and, conversely, applies the accelerator when the road is clear again.
speed limiter
Set your maximum speed to keep to the speed limits on the road.
distance warning
A sensor on the front of your vehicle calculates the safe distance from the vehicle in front. If there is a risk of collision, the system triggers an audible and visual alert.
hill start assist
The system is triggered if you are on a gradient of more than 3% by maintaining brake pressure for 2 seconds.
head-up display
The head-up display makes it possible to broadcast data to the driver in his direct field of vision and thus to know the driving information without taking your eyes off the road.

Shield your vehicle from intersecting traffic at each bustling intersection. The front cross traffic alert identifies vehicles and bicycles passing in front and notifies the driver through the head-up display. If a potential collision is detected, it triggers an alerting buzzer.
lane departure warning
Using a windscreen-mounted camera behind the rearview mirror, the system detects and warns you if you accidentally cross a continuous or broken line.
multi collision brake
The multi collision brake is a system that engages the brakes to avoid or lessen the impact of a subsequent collision once a vehicle has been in an accident. When a primary collision triggers the airbag, data is relayed to the electronic stability control system to decelerate the vehicle.
occupant safe exit alert
Your vehicle alerts the driver when one of the passengers opens the doors. A light signal in the rearview mirror and a visual and audible warning emitted at the dashboard level, are triggered in case of confirmed risk.

For greater safety, 18% of the car's body structure has been hot-formed. This technique makes new Renault Koleos stiffer and stronger, providing better protection in the event of a collision or accident. At the same time, the reinforced structure reduces vibrations and road noise, for a more comfortable driving experience.
